EMMA: (putting Mr. Potato Head glasses on Gunner's stuffed kitty, says...) "Your kitty looks like a nerd."
GUNNER: (without pausing) "My kitty likes to read."
How's that for wit??!!

Jason's really bad boo boo
He cut is fingers working at a hospital only 30 minutes away where our good friend P.A. Adams, works in the emergency room. He stitched him up and took great care of him. You may remember his name from a few months ago, when he had to stitch Gage's head back together! We owe this man a lot! The first picture shows that that finger was able to get stitched. This one however, had too much of a chunk missing. ew! These pictures were taken 4 days after the incident.
Gunner's Art
All or most of the schools have art displayed at the mall. Gunner was the only kindergartener from our school who's artwork was chosen! As you can see he did an awesome job! The tucan was traced and he did all the rest!

Wreaths
I made these spring wreaths for the kid's teachers. This one Emma picked for her 3rd grade teacher. Her mother just passed away and Emma thought all the pink would remind her of her mother. I thought that was a sweet reason to pick it.
This one was given to Gunner's kindergarten teacher. It's my favorite! I want to make one for me too. :)
And this one was given to the Gunner's teacher's assistant. She gave Gunner a kiss on the cheeck, which made him blush and smile sheepishly. hehehe
It looked like they all loved them. I was told by Gunner's teacher that she couldn't wait to get home to put it on her front door. That made me feel good. I'm glad they liked them. They deserve it, and so much more.
Easter
Jason loves hiding the eggs way up high. He thinks it's funny watching them try to jump for it. However, what usually ends up happening is they take one look at it, then say, "DAAAD! (sigh) Can you please pick me up?? (another exasperated sigh) hilarious.
We got Gunner a new church bag. I totally think he looks like a missionary. How cool is that?!
Our family picture. Out of like 20 something, this is the ONLY decent one. It's hard to get everyone looking groomed, seated the correct way, and happy all at once. Whew! That was a job!
